In order to organise Passenger Assistant training for yourself or your drivers, you need to register as a member of the PATS training scheme.
Registration is a commitment to ensuring that you and your organisation take seriously your role in protecting your passengers and developing your drivers. There is no additional fee to register as part of the PATS training scheme.
When you join, you will be given a PATS registration number. It’s important that you keep this safe, as you will be asked for it when you book PATS training.
What to expect from your Passenger Assistant Training
PATS training should be delivered to the same standard regardless of where you receive the training and who it is delivered by. Below you can find a document which outlines what to expect before, during and after you receive training.
PATS training is regularly monitored and you may be contacted about the training you have received to ensure that it meets the standard outlined below.
