How to use the online system: Administrators

You will be able to access the new online system from week commencing the 20th November. Once the system is live, we will be adding video tutorials and screenshots to this page. Step 1 – Access the online system
As Administrators have not previously had an account on our system, we will be contacting existing DATs to let us know who in their organisation supports with the administration of MiDAS. If you have registered in advance through the link shared with DATs then we will create your account for you. If you haven’t then we will share a registration link here. Once you click the link, you will need to follow the instructions to register. We will then check that all the existing records we have are allocated correctly before approving your registration and granting access.

Every driver completing MiDAS will need a Learner Pass to access the online course. This process will be similar to the way which you currently order certificates and handbooks
2. Allocating Learner Passes
You can allocate the Learner Passes that you have purchased to drivers as and when you need to. You will just need their name and email address.
