MiDAS Registration Form

To register as part of the MiDAS training scheme you need to sign up to the following commitment:

1. To assess and train all new drivers of our minibuses in accordance with the MiDAS training modules.

2. To assess and train all existing drivers of our vehicles within twelve months of our Driver Assessor/trainer completing our training, unless they have already been assessed and trained to MiDAS approved standards.

3. To allow MiDAS certificated drivers from other organisations to drive our vehicles without needing to be re-assessed.
