  • Jobs at the CTA:

    Documentary Photographer
    Application Deadline: Friday 14th April

One of CTA’s priorities is to improve social inclusion and mobility for people who may be isolated or disadvantaged in their access to transport. Usually, when people think of Community Transport, they assume it’s tailored to only elderly and disabled people.

Storytelling pictures are one of the ways to dispel this myth. CT caters to a wider range of people. Our services include transport solutions for young people, the elderly, ethnic minorities, people living with disability and everyone that cannot access public transport or private vehicle. We are also committed to promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly transport options in local communities.

We would like compelling photos that accurately reflect CT as an inclusive accessible transport solution, promoting equitable and affordable transport for everyone, especially those in rural areas.

    Research and Insight Manager
    Application Deadline: Thursday 30th March

As CTA’s Research and Insight Manager, you will lead on creating an inclusive and forward-looking research and insight programme. Working closely with our members and key stakeholders you will ensure that the programme exposes and promotes a broad understanding of the trends and challenges (both current and future) for the Community Transport sector. By doing this, the CTA will be able to identify and demonstrate investment and enhancement opportunities to ensure there is sustainable and integrated community transport in England and across the UK.

In return you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of CTA and be at the front of demonstrating the impact and value of CT’s vital part in the transport system.
