Practical results can updated by an account that has either Administrator or Driver Assessor access. If your account has Administrator access, you will have the ability to update the practical information for any learner who has been allocated a Learner Pass from your organisation. If your account only has Driver Assessor access, you will only be able to upload the practical results of learners who have been specifically allocated to you. If you are an Administrator, when you login you will be able to view Your Organisation Dashboard. You can also check by clicking My Account whilst logged in to view the roles which are assigned to you.
File Practical Information as an Administrator
- Click Your Organisation Dashboard (If you can't see where to access this, click My Account at the top of the screen first).
- Click Allocate Learner Passes and view progress.
- Click ACCESS THE LMS.
- Click the File Practical Info tab. You will now be able to see all learners that your organisation has allocated who have completed the online theory course.
- Click File Practical Info on the learner that you would like to update.
- On the pop-up, select Pass or Fail from the drop down.
- Add a brief comment. In this box, we are not looking for lots of information. It may be just to confirm that it was a pass without anything of note. However, if there is some additional information to tell us, here is the opportunity. E.g. if the practical information is being updated more than 10 days following the completion of the assessment, you can let us know the reason for the delay.
- You also have the option to upload evidence. This can be used if you would like to use the system to store information (e.g. so that you have a record of the driver's previous driving assessment when they return for a refresher).
- Click save. This will notify the driver that they can login to their account, complete their evaluation and where they have been successful - download their certificate.
File Practical Information as a Driver Assessor
- Click Your Driver Assessor Dashboard (If you can't see where to access this, click My Account at the top of the screen first).
- Click Your MiDAS Learners.
- Click ACCESS THE LMS.
- Click the File Practical Info tab. You will now be able to see all learners who have been allocated to you who have completed the online theory course.
- Click File Practical Info on the learner that you would like to update.

If you have both Administrator and Driver Assessor roles then you can follow either of these processes. However, remember that if you access the LMS through your Driver Assessor Dashboard, you will only be able to view and update the records of learners specifically assigned to you.
