Stantec has been tasked by Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) to develop an action plan for improving transport for the West of Scotland's rural, remote and island communities.  The ongoing appraisal has identified the potential for community transport to be at the heart of a future network, helping to better connect the regions hamlets, villages, towns and cities as part of a 'hub and spoke' model. 

This workshop is an important opportunity to inform the Stantec action plan work and to be part of Community Transport's changing role in the West of Scotland.
