Our network is community driven, 78% are not-for-profit organisations, we are part of the fabric of public services, 22% are public sector, our network members may be small, 44% operate on an income under £100k but together we are mighty.
This diversity makes your feedback essential for shaping services that work for everyone.
What We Did Last Year Based on Your Feedback:
- Improved advice line service: Increased call pick-up rates and enhanced training for better answers.
- Launched online permit applications: Making the process quicker and easier.
- Enhanced member benefits: Added development officer support and negotiated new insurance partnerships.

Yes. All responses are anonymous and will only be used for research and planning purposes. We just need the name of the organisation that is a CTA member.

Yes, but it only takes about 10–15 minutes. You can move back within the survey if you need to.
