Show and Tell: Community Transport Glasgow - Transport to Employment in Action

Join us for our next ‘Show and Tell’ session to discover how award-winning operator Community Transport Glasgow has developed its highly successful Transport to Employment training service, and how collaborative working can create positive pathways into employment while strengthening the community transport sector. We'll be joined by speaker, Ann O’Hare, Employability and Training Manager at Community Transport Glasgow.

Born from a local initiative of working together with local authorities, Department of Work and Pensions, and other key stakeholders to tackle child and family poverty, the service has grown into an award-winning training centre, supporting individuals to gain driving qualifications, access sustainable employment and helping to address the sector’s ongoing need for D1 qualified drivers.
