To purchase a Learner Pass you need to be registered as an Administrator. If you are an Administrator, when you login you will be able to view Your Organisation Dashboard. You can also check by clicking My Account whilst logged in to view the roles which are assigned to you.

Step by step guide

  • Click Your Organisation Dashboard (If you can't see where to access this, click My Account at the top of the screen first).
  • Click Shop.
  • Click ADD TO CART for your chosen items.
  • Click to view your cart.
  • If needed, change the quantities of any of the items and click UPDATE CART to view an updated total. You can purchase as many Passes as you would like and allocate them as and when you want to use them. You do not need to know the details of the person the Pass will be allocated to at this point.
  • Click Checkout.
  • You can choose to pay by Invoice or by Card. If paying by Card, your Learner Passes will be available to allocate instantly. If paying by invoice, we will need to approve your order before they are available to allocate.
  • Click PAY AND COMPLETE PURCHASE.
  • Click My Orders to see all the orders you have made.

 

Remember a Driver Assessor who has not completed the Accessible Driver Assessor course (formerly DAT training), will not be able to be allocated an Accessible Learner Pass. You also can choose an Internal Pass or an External Pass. Internal Passes are for drivers from your own organisation, meaning that they work or volunteer directly for you. External passes are for drivers from any other organisation.
