Succession Planning is vital to ensure that your organisation continue to thrive and that the skills and knowledge that you have built up is not lost.

In this Community Building Session we will hear from 3 CTA members on why they believe succession planning is important and how they are going about ensuring that such plans are put in place.

We will also be launching our own toolkit to support our members through this journey. This toolkit was produced by CTA but with input from those in our sector who are thinking of leaving or who have recently left.
