After you have delivered training it is extremely important that you send us details of your training returns so that the training records can be stored centrally. Certificates are not considered valid until these details have been received by CTA and registered on our national database. 

To do this, you now need to use our new form which you can access by clicking the link below. On this form you need to supply us with the name, organisation and certificate number of the trainer and also upload their certificate as a PDF, JPG or PNG file. Please note, if you don’t upload the certificate, the submission is not valid.
