CTA’s 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held at 4pm on Thursday 18 November. The AGM will be taking place online and is open to all CTA members. During the AGM you will get a chance to hear about CTA’s activities for 2020/21 and the year ahead, view the financial statements for 2020/21 and have confirmation of the Board of Trustees for 2022. The meeting will also consider any special resolutions that have been presented.
You can register to attend the AGM by clicking the ‘book now’ button at the top of this page. As the event is only open to CTA members, you may have to login with your membership details before booking.
Ahead of the AGM, all members will receive formal notification via email which will include access to the minutes from last year’s AGM, the trustees’ report and accounts and any other relevant documents to be discussed at the meeting. This will also include a proxy form if you can’t make it but want to appoint someone to vote on your behalf.
