Local Infrastructure and CTA – Creating Connections

CTA is inviting local infrastructure to meet and discuss how we can work collaboratively to support CT at a local and national level.
CTA is a national charity that represents and supports providers of community transport. We have a membership of around 1200 organisations across the UK with around 900 of those within England.
CTA has a new directorate which has a focus on supporting and developing CT in England. We are a small team with a big challenge and we know we can’t do this alone.
Local Infrastructure is the backbone of a thriving voluntary and community sector and this includes community transport operators. We want to explore and discuss how CTA can work more effectively with local infrastructure to ensure that CT as a sector thrives and also has the connections it needs into local public sectors and the wider voluntary sector.
At this meeting we will give a brief overview of our new conneCTing programme which some of you will have attended.
