Request a proxy form for CTA’s 2021 AGM

CTA's 2021 AGM is taking place on Thursday 18 November at 4pm.

When you receive your formal AGM documents closer to the meeting, you'll also receive a link to a proxy form to appoint someone to vote on your behalf if you're not able to make it, but still want to cast your vote on the various measures. If you know that you'll want to appoint a proxy please let us know here, and we'll make sure you also get sent a link to the form directly.
