Submitting your 5 Steps to Safety Certificate Returns

If you’re a 5 Steps to Safety Trainer:

After you have delivered training it is extremely important that you send the training records to CTA so that they can be stored centrally. Certificates are not considered valid until they have been received by the CTA and registered on our national database.

You can submit your returns in the form of a spreadsheet which needs to be completed following each course, with all of the field completed fully and accurately and returned to info@ctauk.org. There are detailed instructions on how to submit your returns on the spreadsheet.
