Submitting your MiDAS Certificate Returns

If you’re a Driver Assessor Trainer: 

After you have delivered training it is extremely important that you send the right hand side of the certificate to CTA so that the training records can be stored centrally.  Certificates are not considered valid until they have been received by the CTA and registered on our national database.

You can submit your returns by posting the completed right hand side tear off part of the certificate to CTA, 12 Hilton Street, Manchester, M1 1JF.
